Products sold on ALIAS23 are sold without warranty expressed or implied.
A professional installation should always be sought with installation of any products sold by ALIAS23.

We take no responsibility for the use and / or installation of any products sold.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Prices and Payment:
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site, are ALIAS23 prices. Delivery may be charged in addition, and any such additional charges will be notified to you on application or on completion of an order, where they apply.
ALIAS23 cannot accept your order until you have supplied payment details for it in full. Upon receipt of these details, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
2. Your right to cancel your order:
You may cancel your ALIAS23 order at any stage before the goods are dispatched to you (*exclusions apply), however we reserve the right to charge for any expenses incurred in the processing of your order .If you wish to cancel your order, you can email us on hello@alias23.com
In some cases, we may be unable to prevent your order from being dispatched to you. In this case please follow our returns policy.
* Exclusions: Products made to specific requirements, made to order (this includes pre-orders and batch production runs) or non stock items specifically ordered are excluded.
3. ALIAS23 Warranty:

ALIAS23 take no responsibility for the use and / or installation of any products sold.
Products sold on ALIAS23 are sold without warranty expressed or implied. No warranty or representation is made as to this product’s ability to protect the user from injury, death, or material damage. The user assumes that risk. The effectiveness, warranty and longevity of this equipment are directly related to the manner in which it is INSTALLED, USED, and/or MAINTAINED. THE USER ASSUMES THE RISK.
4. Returns Policy:
If your goods are faulty or damaged on delivery, we will exchange the product or issue a refund. Goods must be returned to ALIAS23 in the original packaging (without being installed or used, and with all relevant seals and enclosures intact) within 14 days of receipt by the buyer.
Important – returned items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging may not be credited or exchange if ALIAS23 determines that due care was not taken when packaging items for return to ALIAS23. Where possible please reuse the original packaging, and please contact us if you have any questions regarding adequate packaging. This is especially important when returning larger items. If you are returning product due to damage that has occurred in the delivery to you then please take images showing the damage to both the packaging and the product, and send them by email to hello@alias23.com prior to packaging the damaged item for return.
If you have ordered in error we will issue a full refund (*exclusions apply) upon return of the item(s). Goods must be returned to the Company in original packaging (and without being installed or used and with all relevant seals and enclosures intact) within 14 days of receipt by the buyer.
In all circumstances, any action shall be subject to the buyer producing proof of purchase and returning goods, delivery paid.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
How To return items:
Email is at hello@alias23.com detailing your order number, items for return, and reason for return. On acceptance the team will confirm shipping address for goods to be returned at the buyers cost.
5. General:
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated, or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports, or any other cause not within the reasonable control of ALIAS23.
Please ensure that you have received and checked your order in full before arranging fitment or installation of parts as no liability will be accepted for any costs incurred.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate.
ALIAS23 warrant this product against manufacturing defect but accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of installation, failure.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
