1. Are your products available worldwide? Yes, we ship our products globally, ensuring that Lotus and McLaren enthusiasts worldwide have access to premium-quality parts for their vehicles. Shipping costs are quoted at checkout. Any problems at any point please don't hesitate to contact us.

2. I have an EML light following install of an air intake kit. We are clear on the product page of our intake kits that there is the chance this can happen. There are multiple reasons why this can occur, albeit rare, so we have a page that explains the reasons and ways to address the fault HERE

3. How long does it take to receive my order? Please bear in mind Alias23 is run to support the community. It is run by fellow owners who have their own 'proper' jobs outside of Alias23. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within two business days assuming items are in stock. A number of our products are made in batches, therefore not always available for immediate dispatch, where pre-orders are placed the product description page will provide a target month for when production will be complete. However, please bear in mind we are a small business and sometimes delays can happen, at these times we will keep you abreast of progress as best we can via email.

4. How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment and estimate its arrival time.

5. Do you offer expedited shipping options? At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. We do our best to ship all items next day in UK, and expedited when world wide. I general preferred courier is Royal Mail in the UK and DHL for larger items and worldwide dispatch.

6. Do you offer returns or exchanges? If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Generally as items are made to order or specialist we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

7. Can I get assistance with installation or technical support? Absolutely! We have a number of installation guides for our products which can be found in our article section of the site HERE. If you feel a guide is missing please contact us. If you require installation services we recommend V-Engineering for Mclaren and HPE Auto for Lotus as our preferred install partners.

8. Are installation guides available for your products? Yes, we provide installation guides for many of our products to assist customers with proper installation procedures. However, please note that parts are installed at the owner's risk, and we recommend consulting a professional mechanic or technician for complex installations. Install guides can be found HERE.

10. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or repeat customers? We are a small business and one which takes pricing seriously to ensure what we sell is fairly priced and does not bear the typical Lotus or Mclaren 'added tax'. We are here to support the community with fair prices and in turn have low margins so discounting is not always possible. If you have are looking to place a large order of high value we can consider your build but due to the aforementioned reasons can not always guarantee. 11. Do you sell used or refurbished parts? No, we only sell new and unused parts to ensure the highest quality and reliability for our customers' vehicles.

12. Are there any import duties or taxes for international orders? Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders, depending on your location and local customs regulations. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes imposed by their country's customs authorities.
