Shipping policy

ALIAS23 ships via ParcelForce, Royal Mail, TNT, DHL, and UPS depending on product to be shipped and country of destination. Once a product has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping company, any claims must be made directly with that shipper however we can assist with most cases.

We aim to ship items out within 24 hours of receipt of order unless stated in the product description (for example made to order items or pre-orders for batch production runs).
